Competition Format
Each Competition features 3 Events: Freestyle, Speed, and Skills. Athletes compete within their Age Group to earn League Points throughout the season.
Age Groups
- 6–8
- 9–11
- 12–14
- 15–17
- 12–17 Girls
- 18+ Men
- 18+ Women
Age Groups are determined by the athlete's age entered when creating an account through the Parent Portal. Once the season begins, athletes remain in the same Age Group for the entire season, even if they have a birthday.
Freestyle
Showcase your best Parkour and Freerunning in a run up to 45 seconds.
Judged On: Difficulty • Flow • Creativity • Versatility • Execution
Each judge gives one overall score from 0–100. The highest and lowest scores are dropped, and the remaining scores are added together for the athlete's final Freestyle score.
Speed
Race through multiple obstacle courses as fast as possible.
- Hot Lava: Stay off the ground or receive time penalties.
- Sprint: Full-speed obstacle racing.
- Touch Points: Touch every designated point, then return to the finish.
Each athlete receives 2 attempts per course. Their fastest run on each course is combined for a total time. The lowest total time wins.
Skills
Complete challenges across 6 Skill Areas, each focused on a different Parkour skill (Vaults, Laches, Balance, Precision, etc.).
Each Skill Area contains 5 difficulty levels worth 1–5 points. Every completed attempt is tallied and contributes to the athlete's overall Skills score.
Maximum Score: 30 Skill Points.
